Hello everybody! I decided to share yet another one of my famous recipes. I learned this one from my mom, and it is pretty popular in the Merrick household! Also just a quick catch up post! Went and built my gingerbread house last night after laundry with Bryce, Brit, and Jayden baby. It’s yet another low day on the monitor and so we are just trucking along there! Anyways, on to the recipe! Make for yourself and let me know what you think! Enjoy!
Chicken in mushroom gravy (crock pot)
Chicken breast frozen (you can cook yours before I just toss em in)
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of mushrooms
Toss in your frozen chicken breasts however many you need. Add whole can of mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup. Add in a full can of milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Set your crock pot to high until chicken is fully cooked and ready to serve! I usually serve mine with mashed potatoes and some sort of veggie! It’s one of Marcus’s favorite meals to eat!
Hello hello my beloved readers! We’ve had a long day, and are gearing up for an even longer one on Thanksgiving, but I thought I should make this blog a tad different. You’ve had some recipes shared by our beloved Toby dog, now I think it’s my turn. But before I jump into that, I’ll brief you down on what’s been going on with us. Yesterday I had a horrible day (thanks depression), Marcus has been working A TON, and I’ve been using my fertility monitor which is really freakin’ cool. Okay, enough of the heavy, let’s get into this recipe! This is a huge favorite of Marcus’s and I swear to you he could eat these all the time! Feel free to try for yourselves and let me know how you like it!
Wifey’s famous ranch burgers!
Crackers (to hold them together)
In a big mixing bowl, combine egg, ground beef, ranch packet (yes the whole thing), and as many crumbled crackers (I use saltines if not ritz) as you deem relevant. Mix together with your hands (even though this part weirds me out don’t ask why cause I dunno), and form into patties. By frying pan or grill is absolutely your choice, and cook until meat is done all the way through or just the way you like it. Pull out of frying pan or off grill, and serve! Easy peasy!
